use mamp 3.07.3

That's a problem with your local webserver installation. Files with a php extension are not associated with your PHP binary.

How can i solve it did already a new mamp installation

Please check your .htaccess file for an AddHandler command. This command will change your PHP version on your live site, but would cause the problem you are seeing on your MAMP site.

There are a couple of other commands that can cause trouble, you can find them in the .htaccess directives section of our Troubleshooter: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/prbasicts.html.
