Hi I'm really struggling here... I can't get my administrator login page to load after restoration. I built the site on a local MAMP install. I have previously installed this site back in November and it worked fine. Now it won't work.

The frontend works except for the "contact us" page wouldn't load (blank screen) so I made a new backup from the my local copy with that menu item disabled so that visitors won't see the problems I'm having right now.

I added a screen shot of the preinstall check in case that helps.

Thanks,
Ken

Hello Kenneth,

what's the error message you are getting when you try to visit the administrator page?

Site is at www.koryukan.us

When I turn on error reporting in htaccess I get the following when trying to load the home page or /administrator/index.php:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Thank you,
Ken

I placed this in the htaccess for error reporting. Is there a more correct way?

# Displaying PHP errors

php_flag display_errors on

php_value error_reporting 6143

Yes.
Please set the error reporting to Development inside Joomla Global Configuration.
