 This is resolve of topic https://www.akeebabackup.com/support/site-restoration/20101-merged-links.html -
I wrote this here because i can't edit old topic/ticket and after a year i found sollution

When U move site to another hosting - home.pl for me

Make Your backup after U turn off friendly links in joomla configuration (and all that stuff)

On Home.pl U must create a new folder on your FTP for example "html" and copy into that
ur archive.jpa and kickstart

Then Turn off magic quotes in .httacess
magic_quotes_gpc = off

And then in home.pl panel redirect domain to that subfolder "without saperate services"

THanks all

Basically, you are telling us that your new host (home.pl) has two server configuration compatibility issues with Joomla! 3:

  1. It is not compatible with Apache's mod_rewrite which is REQUIRED by Joomla! for SEF URLs.
  2. It has magic_quotes_gpc turned on by default whereas Joomla! 3 REQUIRES that to be turned off.

As you can see none of these have anything to do with our software. It's merely an incompatibility of the hosting environment with Joomla! itself.
