Can't seem to get kickstart to run on GoDaddy hosting. (Client hosting choice.)

I've uploaded my jpa and kickstart.php to the server with FTP.

I have 2 links to the site to view it right now: https://a2plcpnl0077.prod.iad2.secureserver.net

or by the IP: 107.180.2.163

Both show the default GoDaddy coming soon site (I assume).

When I try either link listed above and add the /kickstart.php it just gives a 404 error. I checked permissions on the kickstart.php file and it was 711 so I changed it to 755, but no luck.

Uploaded phpinfo.php to try to find out some server specs, but it also returns a 404.

Can anyone help? Thank you!

I think you have to ask GoDaddy. 404 means "not found", i.e. the server cannot see the file you uploaded. Most likely you are uploading it to the wrong directory or user account. However, we are not your host and we can't know for sure, therefore you need to ask GoDaddy to help.
