Hello,

I have a question about kickstart / angie. When I restored my site I noticed that it assigned the extracted files to the user and group apache:apache, is there anyway to change that? I am working on a server that I can't get sudo permissions and the user needs to be me:apache

The short answer is "no". The owner will be either the web user if you use direct writes when you extract the files or the FTP user if you use FTP mode to extract the files. Those are your only choices.

Your host can change the owner easily. All things are possible for them.
