 Hi,

We tried to migrate the website from a server to another.
we get two problems : encoding utf8 is not correct..

widgets has disappered in the footer

Hello,

did you try to set the "Force UTF-8" option while restoring?

When you create the new database, could you please double check if the default collation is utf8_generic_ci?
Moreover, double check if the old server supports UTF8MB4 and the new one doesn't

we solved the problem !

but impossible to tell what happened to solve it !
