First time post - please be gentle with me especially if i've done something stupid.

Wordpress 5.6.2

Attempting to use Kickstart Pro to restore a .JPA site from BlueHost to SiteGround.

Everything seems to go as it should except Kickstart ignores or skips over the Replace data stage. This is where I would confirm that all the URL's are correct for the SiteGround account. Because this step is skipped, once the Kickstart process is complete, all of the Menu Links, Image links, etc all point to the old BlueHost site and defeat the purpose of the exercise.

Thank you kindly,

Edward.

I have just released an updated version 7.5.5.1 which addresses this issue.

If you cannot take a new backup there's a workaround.

Run Kickstart normally to extract the backup archive.

Before clicking the Run the Installer button edit the file installation/platform/controllers/wordpressreplacedata.php and edit line 19. It currently reads:

$model = $this->getModel();

Change it so that it reads

$model = $this->getThisModel();

Save the file. Go back to Kickstart and press the Run the Installer button.
