Dear Support,

While trying to move our site to a new server, we sadly run into this error: "See attachment"

This error only occurs while installing the back-up on a different server. Installing the back-up on our old server works correctly. So it doesn't look like the back-up is corrupted.

Could you please take a look and see what you can find so we can resolve this issue?

Kind regards,
Raoul Alderse Baas

P.S.
Kickstarting and disabling the error messages did allow the kickstart to finish, but then a specific component didn't work as intended anymore.

Said component is ZOO version 4.1.10

Hello,

looking at the error, it seems that new data has been added while taking a backup. Usually that shouldn't be a problem, since we use the primary key to order the records and then paginate through them.
However, if the primary key is not set to be an autoincrement one, weird things could happen.
Another possibility could be the database server having a temporary issue, so the same record is reported twice.

Since you're moving to a new server, my suggestion would be to put your website in maintenance mode, so no one is going to interact with it; then perform the backup again. In this way we will be sure that the original data doesn't have any issues.

Then perform the restoration again. If you still have issues, it means that the problem is on the remote server, maybe you will have to slow down the restoration.
