Hello,

I have encountered issues with the restauration of one site with the new hosting set to use php 8.1.2

File extract worked fine but at the stage to restore mysql i got the error message:
Restoring Database: Access denied; you need (at least one of) the SUPER privilege(s) for this operation

I changed the hosting to use php 7.4.27 , then it worked without problem. The original site was also set to 7.4.27. Can it be because of that?

Sorry if that is maybe a stupid question, i checked documentation and couldn't find infos on that issue.

Thanks for your feedback!

Hello,

can you please double check that the database really exists?

ANGIE will try to create it if it doesn't exist, but if you're on a shared hosting it's pretty rare to have enough privileges to create a new database, usually you have to do that from your Control Panel.
