You must have an ancient version of Angie. We have replaced curly braces on that file on August 5th, 2019. That's almost three years ago and it predates the release of PHP 8.0.
There are two solutions:
Solution 1: Upgrade to a new version of Akeeba Backup. Take a new backup. Restore it.
Solution 2: Downgrade your site's PHP version to 7.3, restore the backup, upgrade all software on the restore site, upgrade your site's PHP version to 8.
