Please look at the bottom of this page (under Support Policy Summary) for our support policy summary, containing important information regarding our working hours and our support policy. Thank you!

After attempting to update my component (This has been tried several times), the update fails and then renders Akeeba Backup useless.  I am not able to restore the site from a previous backup.  The attached  notes were suggested to send to you.  I hope this helps troubleshoot my problem.  I am going to restore from a server backup to get the site back online.

Hello,

you should get in touch with the developers of SP Page Builder. If you take a look at the backtrace that you attached, you can see that Akeeba Backup is loading a form, then Joomla core imports all plugins of type content and the code from SP Page Builder is execute.

My hunch is that they are listening to that event, but their plugin does not check if it truly has to execute and if all libraries have been loaded, hence the fatal error. I suspect that you could receive the same error even if you try to edit an article (but I'm not sure about that).

In any case that's something that only them can fix.
