I did a backup of my site this morning and am trying to restore it to another location.  I need to upgrade from v3.10 to v4.x and am trying to create a test site to upgrade.  The Kickstart process appears to run fine, but when the installation/index.php starts, it fails immediately with a HTTP ERROR 500.  I've attached the error_log file which indicates that the autoloader.php is missing from the framework directory.  Looking at the installation directory, it looks like the framework/Autoloader directory is missing as well.  Please advise.  Thank you!  -Chip

We released a new version of Akeeba Backup which addresses this issue. Upgrade and take a new backup. Do note that Joomla might not show you the update just yet. In this case remember to go to Extensions, Manage, Update, click on Clear Cache, then click on Find Updates again — in most cases this makes Joomla look again for updates.
