Trying setup a copy of the original site so that I can upgrade from Joomla 3 PHP 7.4 to Joomla 4.  The current template is incompatible with PHP 8 so I have to stay at 7.4 until I get this upgraded and the template changed.  Hence the copied site.

Getting the following error when doing the restoration cleanup.

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/customer/www/michaelm620.sg-host.com/public_html/installation/framework/autoloader.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php74/pear') in /home/customer/www/michaelm620.sg-host.com/public_html/installation/index.php on line 86

Any help is appreciated!

Akeeba Staff

Hello,

some time ago there was a version of Akeeba Backup that was missing one file in the restoration script, causing the fatal error you just experienced.

Newer versions of Akeeba Backup are not affected since we quickly fix the issue. Is updating Akeeba Backup and taking a new backup an option? That would be the fastest way, otherwise I can send you the missing files if the original website is no longer available.
