Hi ,

i am getting an error message when i do a restore to a subsite of my host.

An error occurred

i removed the time index in the name but that did not work.

Do you have any suggestions?

Akeeba Staff

The error message normally reads:

The archive file appears to be corrupt, or archive parts are missing. If your backups consists of multiple files, please make sure that you have downloaded all of the archive part files (files with the same name and extensions .jpa, .j01, .j02…). Please make sure to download and upload files using SFTP, or FTP in Binary transfer mode and do check that their file size matches the sizes reported in the Manage Backups page of Akeeba Backup / Akeeba Solo.
