Hi Nicholas

I had to restore my website with a previously created backup. Everything was working fine. The only thing is:

The Front-End URL https://oltenforum.ch/ is immediately redirecting to https://oltenforum.ch/installation/index.php and Kickstart seems to initialize the process from the beginning. The folder «installation» does not exist any more and so we can endlessly see the message

Initialising
The restoration script is getting ready

(see screenshot)

By the way: when we use the URL with index.pbp (https://oltenforum.ch/index.php) the Front-End is loading normally.

You may ask me if I had cleared the cache after restore. Yes, I did.

Thank you and kind regards
Chris

The screenshot you sent me is the Akeeba Backup Restoration Script. This is the installation directory. But you told me that you already removed this directory. The only way your server can run code which does not exist on the server is if the OPcache configuration is messed up. Contact your host, ask them to review their OPcache settings, and reset the OPcache cache (restarting PHP-FPM and/or the web server daemon, depending on how PHP is configured to run on this server, does that).
