Hello,

I'm testing my backups and am getting a 500 error right off the bat with both the regular and pro Kickstart versions. I contacted my provider's technical support and they were able to trace the error to the code as follows:

I'm seeing the issue with this script is: - it's asking for this file but it doesn't exist: /home/ssn01net/public_html/test/kickstart.php/src/includes/preamble.php - has a broken signature in /home/ssn01net/public_html/test/kickstart.php on line 224

If you could please let me know.

The message says that the file is damaged on upload (that's what "broken signature" means in this message). Please follow the instructions for uploading the file correctly as described in https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/akeeba-kickstart-documentation/ch02s04.html
