Error message during the Kickstart extraction.

Thanks for any advice on how I can sort this out or fix it.


ERROR: Plesk\Exception\Database: DB query failed: SQLSTATE[40001]: Serialization failure: 1213 Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction, query was: DELETE FROM 'sessions' WHERE ('modified" + 'lifetime < 1783447935)

As per your screenshot, it's immediately obvious that this is NOT our software.

The other hint is that Plesk is the name of the hosting control panel software your host is using.

That's a hosting issue. Please contact your host for assistance.

Thanks for your reply; as I suspected, there’s a problem with their Plesk environment.

The backup installs without any issues on another server.
