Hi, I have never troubles in restoring a backup via akeeba. But not it's not working for 1 website. I hope you can help me in solving this issue. In the attachement you can see the error that's giving. I added also screenprint of the images folder of the website. I use joomla and pagebuilder and there was a hack last month so now my website is taken offline. I have a akeeba backup of 19-10-2025. I did restoration for 3 websites and that was going fine but this one is given this error. I really hope you can help me. Regards, Sandra

Please read https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/akeeba-kickstart-documentation/kscantextract.html to understand why Kickstart cannot write to a file and https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/akeeba-kickstart-documentation/kstslive.html to read what to do. I recommend reading both pages in this order.
